Mirabelle Kajenjeri is a French pianist ‘with a unique touch, manipulating some of the most challenging acrobatics with a (discreet) smile, disarmingly natural and generous’.
Born of a dual Burundian and Ukrainian culture, Mirabelle Kajenjeri has rapidly established herself as a virtuoso pianist of international renown. Winner of several prestigious competitions, she performs at major European festivals and collaborates with renowned orchestras. In 2024, she becomes a laureate of the Fondation Gautier Capuçon and starts an Artist residency at the Queen Elisabeth Musical Chapel, Belgium. A singular artist, she had the opportunity to highlight her journey as a guest speaker at TEDxRoubaix, an international event.
Étincelles gathers a selection of works which impacted my musical path during these years. This title, litterally meaning sparkles, perfectly matches the repertoire it embraces: each work releases a singular sparkle, whether from passion, bright felicity or cosmic exultation…
